Physiotherapy, Soft Tissue & Massage, Coordinated
Start with Lavya’s assessment of your symptoms, movement and contributing factors. Physiotherapy includes rehabilitation exercises, guidance on practising them, and appropriate manual therapy. Where muscle and soft tissue problems contribute to women’s pain, including pregnancy or postnatal discomfort, Brigitte’s focused hands-on techniques can complement your rehabilitation.
Pregnancy and postnatal massage with Brigitte or Agnieszka can ease muscular tension and support comfort alongside your plan. Agnieszka also offers suitable Caesarean scar massage after full wound healing. Your therapist assesses you, recommends the time needed and agrees it with you. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or message to coordinate visits; each service is booked and charged separately.

Women’s Health Physiotherapy FAQs
Is this service only for pregnancy?
No. Pregnancy and postnatal care are part of women’s health physiotherapy. Contact us about musculoskeletal, pelvic-floor or bladder concerns whether or not you have had a baby.
Can massage support postnatal recovery?
Pregnancy and postnatal massage is adapted for comfort, positioning and muscle tension. For diastasis recti, Lavya guides assessment and exercise rehabilitation; massage may ease associated discomfort. Agnieszka offers suitable Caesarean scar massage only after full wound healing.
How is soft tissue therapy different from massage?
Soft tissue therapy is assessment-led care for a specific muscle or soft tissue concern. Brigitte uses targeted hands-on techniques to address factors contributing to pain and restricted movement. It can complement Lavya’s rehabilitation, including suitable pregnancy and postnatal care.
How long should my sessions be?
At your first meeting with each therapist, they assess your needs and recommend a suitable session length. You decide together, considering your symptoms, goals, comfort and response. Physiotherapy, soft tissue therapy and massage appointments are booked and charged separately.
