Why Choose J&J for Your Massage?
Experienced Hands
Brigitte brings 10 years of massage experience. Agnieszka offers relaxation, Swedish and deep tissue massage. Both shape the session around your preferences, with time to discuss the areas you would like to focus on.
Your Comfort Comes First
Choose a calming session, focused work or a combination of both. Pressure is agreed with you and can change throughout your massage. Deeper work should stay within your comfort, and you can request a lighter touch or pause.
A Clean Clinical Setting
Enjoy your massage in J&J’s clean, professional physiotherapy clinic. If you need further support, you can discuss a separate physiotherapy appointment with our team in the same location, with care guided by your needs.
Recurring stiffness? Physiotherapy in the same clinic can assess movement, strength, working positions and daily demands, then guide exercises and practical changes for persistent pain or tension.
Ask about coordinating a separate physiotherapy appointment in one visit, subject to clinical suitability and availability.
Ground-floor C.I. Tower clinic · About two minutes from New Malden station.
A Massage Shaped Around You
A conversation, your preferred pressure and room to adjust as you go.
STEP 1

Share your preferences
Discuss your health, how you want to feel and the areas to include or avoid. New to massage? Ask what to expect.
STEP 2

Agree the focus
Choose a gentler relaxation approach, focused deeper work or a blend. Agree a realistic focus for your session length.
STEP 3

Adjust as you go
Tell your therapist if you would like lighter or firmer pressure, a change of focus or a pause. Deeper need not mean painful.
STEP 4

Finish and check in
Take a moment to settle and ask any questions. Discuss what felt comfortable and your preferences for a future visit.
30 min £45 · 60 min £70 · 90 min £100 · Consultation included · No separate initial assessment
Choose the Massage That Fits Your Goal
Relaxation, deep tissue or a blend?
Choose a gentler relaxation approach when you mainly want to unwind. Ask for deep tissue work when you prefer more focused pressure on selected areas. You can combine the two within the same appointment; tell your therapist what feels comfortable instead of choosing pressure by its name alone.
When another service may suit you
Choose Soft Tissue Therapy for assessment-led care around a particular muscle concern, or physiotherapy for injury assessment and a rehabilitation plan. During pregnancy, select Pregnancy Massage so the appointment and positioning can be adapted appropriately. Ask our team if your main goal is unclear.
30, 60 or 90 minutes?
30 minutes (£45) suits a focused priority when time is limited. 60 minutes (£70) gives more time to work through your preferred areas. 90 minutes (£100) allows a longer appointment and a slower pace. Your therapist helps agree a realistic focus; consultation time is included.
New to massage? Start with a conversation
A busy week, tired shoulders or simply wanting time for yourself are all reasons people choose a massage. You do not need a list of techniques or experience of deep tissue work. Explain any health concerns, preferences and areas to avoid, and ask questions before the session begins.
Make the appointment your own.
Choose 30, 60 or 90 minutes, then select your therapist and an available time.
Relaxation & Deep Tissue Massage FAQs
Do I need an initial assessment?
No separate initial assessment is required. Book 30, 60 or 90 minutes directly. Your therapist checks your health and preferences within the appointment.
Does deep tissue massage have to hurt?
No. Pressure should be agreed with you and adjusted to your comfort. Tell your therapist if a technique feels too intense; you can change the pressure at any time.
What if I have a persistent injury?
Massage is not a substitute for diagnosis or rehabilitation. Contact us if you have an injury, unexplained symptoms or ongoing pain; we can help you choose a suitable service.
Can I book if I am pregnant?
Please choose our Pregnancy Massage service, so the appointment can be adapted to your pregnancy. If you are unsure about suitability, contact us before booking.
Need help choosing? Ask our team before you book.
