Postnatal Massage & Caesarean Scar Care
Gentle Caesarean scar massage can be included in your 60- or 90-minute postnatal session at no extra cost. The wound must be fully healed, with no openings or scabs. Agnieszka checks suitability first.
Tell us when booking if you would like scar care. For pain or movement difficulties, ask about physiotherapy; we can arrange consecutive appointments on the same day, subject to suitability and availability.

Packages & Coordinated Care
5+1 massage packages: six 60-minute sessions for £400 or six 90-minute sessions for £550. Use them during pregnancy and after birth, subject to suitability.
Pregnancy Support 3+3 Plan — £380: three 30-minute physiotherapy follow-ups plus three 60-minute pregnancy or postnatal massage sessions. Six sessions in total.
Book two sessions consecutively on the same day, subject to availability, or attend on separate days. Two appointments use two sessions. Your therapists agree the timing and suitable session lengths with you.
Initial assessments are not included in 3+3 plans. We confirm any assessments needed and the total cost before purchase. Massage includes a health check within your booked session. Plans are for self-funded care. Contact us to arrange your plan, or before booking if you have complications, new symptoms or maternity advice.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage FAQs
Do I need a separate assessment?
No separate initial assessment is required. Book directly; your therapist includes a brief health check within your appointment.
Who should I select when booking?
Choose Brigitte or Agnieszka for pregnancy massage, and Agnieszka for postnatal massage or healed scar care. Select 60 minutes (£80) or 90 minutes (£110). Tell us if you would like scar care.
Should I contact you before booking?
If you have pregnancy complications, new symptoms or advice from your maternity team, contact us before booking so we can discuss suitability.
When can I start postnatal or scar massage?
Agnieszka reviews your recovery and health information first. Scar massage is suitable only once the wound is fully healed, with no openings or scabs; weeks since birth alone do not determine readiness.
