About J&J Therapy
Rooted in physiotherapy and delivered with precision for you
Through personalised care and expert therapy,
we support your journey to wellness.
J&J Therapy is a physiotherapy-led clinic in New Malden, specialising in Korean-style manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation. Founded in November 2022 by Jisoo Lee and Jimin Nam, both originally trained and licensed as physiotherapists in South Korea, our clinic brings together years of hospital experience in musculoskeletal care with a modern UK clinical setting. Today, our team combines physiotherapists and Korean-trained manual therapists to provide structured assessment, accurate clinical reasoning and highly skilled hands-on treatment under one roof.
At J&J Therapy, we focus on physiotherapy that is rich in manual therapy. Instead of offering exercises alone, we integrate Korean-style therapeutic manual techniques – deep soft-tissue work, joint mobilisation, myofascial release and corrective stretching – directly into our physiotherapy and massage treatment plans. This allows us to target the root causes of neck, shoulder, back and joint pain, improve posture and mobility, and support long-term recovery, not just short-term relief. Our therapeutic massage sessions are delivered in a clinical, treatment-focused way, designed to complement physiotherapy rather than feel like a simple spa massage.
We are committed to a kind, patient-centred approach. We take time to listen to your story, examine how you move and explain our findings in clear language, so you feel informed and reassured at every step. Each session is tailored to your condition and goals, using a blend of manual therapy, individualised exercise, and, where appropriate, advanced equipment such as shockwave, ultrasound, TENS and pneumatic compression. Our clinic environment is welcoming yet professional, aiming to give you the confidence that you are in safe, experienced hands.
If you are living with ongoing pain, stiffness or postural problems, and are looking for a physiotherapy clinic that combines UK clinical standards with specialised Korean manual therapy, we would be very glad to support you. You are warmly welcome to contact us or book a session when you feel ready.
