Please book an initial assessment session first. After the assessment, you’ll be able to schedule your treatment session separately.

Full Refund with 24hr Notice

We’re happy to offer a full refund when changes are made at least 24 hours in advance — this gives us time to offer the slot to someone else in need.

Booking Block After No-Shows

A no-show or short-notice cancellation may lead to booking restrictions, as we aim to respect everyone’s time and opportunity.
